What if I can’t open a file?
Make sure the file you want to open has downloaded completely. Large files may take longer to download, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection. For example, Bundles.
If you’re using a public computer, take note that some places have downloading restrictions. If you’re having problems opening the file, you should contact a network administrator or attempt to download and open the file from a different location.
If your file has finished downloading, but still won’t open, the next step is to contact the Seller for information to open the file.
