What if I can’t download a file?
Most of the time, download issues are temporary and related to an unreliable network connection or browser connection issue. If you see an error message about the network connection, you may want to reconnect to your network, and then refresh your browser.
If you’re trying to download on a public computer, do note that some places restrict downloading. If that’s the case, you’ll need to download the file somewhere else.
You can also try right-clicking on the download link and saving the target (PC) or link (Mac) to your desktop. If you’re still having trouble with the download, contact us for assistance.
