How do I refund a Buyer?
If you’d like to refund one of your Buyers for a purchase they made in the last 30 days, we can help issue the refund for you. Just Contact Us, or send us an email at shine@lessonmakers.com with the order number, amount and brief reason.
Please note, we cannot issue refunds for purchases made more than 30 days from the day of purchase. If the Buyer is having technical issues, feel free to have them reach out for assistance through the Contact Page.
