I think I was charged twice for my order, what should I do?

Sometimes a break in data transmission may cause your transaction to be declined at first, and thus appear as pending until the charges drop off your payment method.

If your browser was refreshed during the checkout process and you see a duplicate charge on your payment – do not panic – simply contact us with details and we will refund the duplicate charge.
